You will have the following experience and credentials:
Recognized Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma
A minimum of 7+ years of related experience of which 2+ years would be at a leadership level
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
Industry experience is an asset
In-depth knowledge of equipment design, engineering theories and usage, required design software (Solid Works and AutoCad) and usage, steel properties and usage, steel manufacturing and its processes and the manufacturing industry, our Company, products and services
